I tried to quote Matthew 25:31-46 to him once as a general explanation of the logic behind the many helpful social programs our country has enacted, many of which he directly benefits from. His right wing Christian friend Gloria told me to stop bible thumping. Meanwhile, Cecil has a great way to explain why he can take advantage of socialism while railing against it. And this is the best logic I've ever heard. If *HE* gets support, it's not socialism. Socialism means something other than the government using taxpayer dollars to provide help to people in need. Socialism is the far less specific "government taking over our lives" See, it won't be until way after the people HE helps elect get rid of all those programs that he realizes, "oops, I done dint vote my conshus."
